The trend of selling consumers an experience, rather than the actual product alone is rising.  Consumers are better informed these days, and seem to be increasingly aware of the numerous ads promoting the practices ridicule, intolerance and superiority against another brand. Despite prices and brands, consumers want a better experience and may be willing to try new products even though they already have their own preconceived notions.
